It might happen due to any of these reasons:
Your card issuer might be declining proxy purchases as part of their internal policies.
Your card does not support the currency your dashboard shows.
Your card issuer might be requiring an additional verification / authentication for the payment to go through.
Our internal fraud protection system is disallowing the payments from your card.
What can I do now to fix this?
We recommend you retry paying again upto 2 - 3 times with the same card.
You can try a different card ideally issued by a different card issuer.
You can contact your card issuer and discuss with them the issue you're facing and asking if they do support payments for proxies and if any additional information is required from your end.
You can try using a different payment gateway (if you see a different one on your dashboard).
You can try using a different payment option altogether such as crypto, bank transfers, etc. (if you see a different one on your dashboard)
