What is the "Payment Gateway Fee" applied while making a top-up?

Every payment gateway service provider charges a fee to the merchant (us) for collecting card payments. These fees can quickly add up.

By passing these fees to you, we're able to cover the payment collection costs thereby allowing us to improve our services by offering more geolocations for proxies, more ISP options and long term stability of the IP Addresses. This small change drastically improves the service quality you receive.

There's no way to waive these fees, but you could consider using other top-up options which are having no to low fees. You can choose from the ones available via the dashboard.

You could also consider making a top-up of a larger amount, thereby saving at least fixed fees portion.
