How does the Auto Top-Up Settings feature work?

Auto Top-Up Settings is a smart way to make sure your ProxySwag Account Balance stays funded by auto-charging your added card(s).

This setting if enabled has 2 components:

1. Auto Top-Up Threshold

2. Auto Top-Up Refill Amount

If this setting is enabled, the system goes through the below steps:

1. Everyday at 01:00 AM UTC, the system checks for your account balance. If it's lower than the amount set under "Auto Top-Up Threshold", it tries to top-up your Account automatically using your card(s) on file. 

2. The system creates a Balance Top-Up Request with an amount as set under "Auto Top-Up Refill Amount". The Balance Top-Up Requests are visible here.

3. This Balance Top-Up Request is then attempted to be paid through one of the card(s) we have on file under your account. In case the attempt is failed, a new card is tried with a new Balance Top-Up Request. The system will try upto 3 best cards until an attempt is successful.

Notes/caution:

1. Only use this feature if you are sure your card supports auto-debit.

2. If possible, delete the cards from the dashboard which do not support auto-debit.

3. Even though the attempts are only made once a day, repeated failed attempts on your card may cause your bank to block all further attempts and you may not be able to use the card on our platform in the future. There is very little we would be able to help regarding this.
