Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process is not mandatory initially but is required only in certain cases as described below. You will see an option on your dashboard along with a deadline to complete the same. KYC process helps us ensure our network is safe and is not being used for any illegal activity.
If it's not completed by the deadline, we may decide to terminate our services offered to you and refund will not be provided.
Instances where KYC process will be requested:
Mandated to us by any law.
Required at ProxySwag management's discretion.
Required if proxies are used for abusive or illegal activities.
